Strong coaching candidates are leaders who have a clear desire to grow and are ready to engage in a structured process that supports their performance and impact. Coaching is well suited for early professionals building confidence in how they lead, as well as experienced leaders who are navigating a pivot after many years in one company or industry. It is also effective for individuals taking on broader responsibilities or working toward greater clarity in their decision making. We tailor each engagement to the leader’s goals and context.
