Carisue is an advisor and executive coach who helps leaders find clarity and confidence in moments when work and expectations are shifting. She brings more than 25 years of consulting and workforce strategy experience and is known for her calm, steady presence and her ability to make complex situations feel manageable.

Her coaching blends honest reflection with practical guidance, giving leaders the support they need to make decisions that hold up in real life and to navigate the pivots that come with an AI‑enabled future.

Her background includes executive coaching, workforce transformation consulting, human capital advisory work, and leadership development. She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and holds a Wharton Executive Education Certificate in AI Digital Leadership.

She is Membership Co-Chair for The Boston Club and a Strategic Alliance Lead for Women Applying AI. She is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Change Management Professionals.Â
